Extremely hands-on program with various types of practice sessions designed to develop different skills and techniques.

What you'll learn:

Proper use of bar tools and equipment
Types of alcoholic beverages with spirit knowledge
Proper bar set-up
Cocktail rules and guidelines
Managing difficult situations, handling sales and responsible alcohol service, customer service, interaction development, how to do more with less time, etc.

All courses are given in the actual bar in Ottawa, Ontario
